Universal flexible design adapts to different exhaust layouts, pipe angles, and mounting points. The flexible EPDM sling isolates vibration better than a rigid metal hanger — reducing rattles, drone, and cabin hum. A thermal sleeve protects the strap from exhaust heat at the pipe-contact area. Mini U-Flex repaces the OEM isolator and bracket which transfer vibratin and Drone into the frame.

Two Configurations, One Kit

Standard or Pinch mount — you choose the position. Some installs have exhaust over 6 inches from frame. Some exhaust have exhaust sitting less than 4 inches from frame. Maximum FLEXIBILITY in install is the feature of SLINGER
Mini U-Flex sub kit replaces OEM heavy Isolator Assembly. Reduces vibration, resonance and drone.

MINI U-FLEX Isolator Replacement

Replaces traditional welded-rod isolators with the MINI U-FLEX — reducing weight and eliminating resonance, vibration, and drone. Unlike OEM parts, there's no transfer to the frame.
Slinger Mini-Flex can be used in large size or mini size based on your need to replace the OEM isolator

  • No welding required. The kit wraps around the exhaust pipe using a flexible EPDM sling and attaches to existing frame holes or OEM mounting points with basic hand tools.

  • The Slinger™ fits exhaust tubing from 2.5" to 4"+ in diameter, making it compatible with most aftermarket cat-back and custom exhaust systems. Its possible to fit 2.0" and larger than 4".

  • Each Single Slinger™ kit includes one EPDM sling hanger, one mini U-flex sub-sling, one pivot-flex upper mounting bracket, stainless support bolts, and installation hardware. Dual kits are just doubled.

  • Yes. The EPDM sling isolates vibration between the pipe and chassis, reducing drone, resonance, and cabin hum compared to rigid metal hangers.
